  The Derby is a restaurant located inside The Shop Seattle that allows you to dine in a casual environment around amazing cars. The food is top notch and the staff is friendly. I personally love the wings, the burger, and the brisket sandwich. If you like The Shop, it is also a car club which you can join and gain many club benefits.

  Everything you want from upscale casual: cool digs (vintage cars and motorcycles everywhere) pool table, xbox(!), great food and drink. Excellent happy hour that runs til 7. Maybe a little testosterone-forward for some, but from the looks of the clientele, the fairer sex was not cowed.

  If you love cars and amazing food then this is the place for you. I just left and I had the bacon avocado cheeseburger and it was so good to the point that I didn’t even touch my french fries which were all equally amazing. They have great beers on tap really awesome cocktail specials and just an overall awesome experience if you’re a total gearhead. HOWEVER....... Since gratuity is applied to every bill, the service is terrible. They ignore you for most your time their, especially when you’re trying to get a drink refilled. I’ve been here 3 times with friends and colleagues who have all said the same thing. It’s a cool place with good food, when we can get it. NOTE TO OWNER: Hire a better staff then when you have they’re Awful!!!

  Steak salad was awesome, beer selection was very good. Very nice lounge and bar area. I sat at counter watching employees chatting, walking by me for 10 minutes before someone actually served me. Once the bar tender got to me he was very attentive. It was happy hour and the steak salad was not on that menu but they made it anyway. They have a members only lounge in the back that allows you to smoke inside, play poker and other stuff. It is a $150. Month, entrance is through a book case, kind of speak easy thing. On top of that they also have a massive warehouse with hundreds of collector cars being stored by members. Pretty cool, go check it out.

  Solid food, exceptional service. There was a massive 30-person party that was at the restaurant at the same time we were, so service was slower than usual, but the staff apologized and gave us a 10% discount as a result without us asking or complaining. That's a win in my book. Only con I have is the price! Seems a bit high for what you get. Definitely good food, but not groundbreaking.
