  Great underground walking, running, jogging, skating and biking trail but there needs to be solar powered charging stations for cellular mobile phones.

  The Dequindre Cut is an amazing place for a run, walk, or bike ride. I love that it connects the Detroit Riverwalk with Eastern Market and Gratiot Avenue. There are murals by graffiti artists throughout the cut, and some interactive stations in the cut. They recently installed a shipping container space with picnic tables in the northern end of the Cut with tables . At the southern end of the Cut there’s a workout station. The best part of the Dequindre Cut is that it’s below grade, so it really feels like an oasis outside of the city. I’m excited for its expansion in the future and it’s connection to more amenities in the city. These photos were taken in Spring 2018 as a part of the Dequindre Cut cleanup event.

  Calm Serene I walk here 2-3times weekly, sometimes for exercise. Sometimes, just to clear my head. The views of the Downtown Detroit Skyline are magnificent. Biking, Skating, Strolling, jogging or just a walk. I highly recommend "The Cut"
