  BEWARE!!! -0 stars Stay away!!!! RUDEST Customer Service EVER!!!! THESE people will said and twist your words to make them self look correct!!!! It’s not the first time we have had problems with them. I found another oil company with 4.5 stars rating. Guys do your homework and read the reviews.

  Been dealing with Depew Oil company for years now all of a sudden they want to change my oil tank (which had been inspected by my furnace installer 5 yrs ago) also change my whole vent pipe system instead of just cutting in a new air vent. Bunch of crooks and scammers.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! !!

  They came out and installed a propane tank for my home. The two workers did a great job and went above and beyond what was expected of them.

  I just have to thank depew energy co. for relieving of a stressful winter. They always fill my propane tanks well before my anxiety level goes into motion. THANK YOU!!!

  Absolutely rude crooks of a company. I'm actually appalled at the remarks I got over the phone when trying to resolve an issue after they couldn't figure out how to split the bill between me and another tenant on the property. When my credit card got charged for their bill they said try and get the money from the tenant. Are you kidding me? Refund my money for your secretary mistake. The bank ended up taking care of this issue for me. Which leads into my next complaint as if I already didn't dislike them enough. They call wanting a credit card on file to deliver since they are coming for the other tenant. Fine. I call and I'm informed that I have to pay $250 TODAY up front or they are picking up the tanks. (Meanwhile I don't have a balance with them.)When I told them no I'm not paying for a service that hasn't been preformed or propane not yet in my tanks. They told me that's to bad. I eventually offered her 100$ on a card upfront and told her I'd wait for the drive to show and provide him with a check for the balance (meanwhile I'm supposed to get 14 days to pay) I asked to speak to the "boss" who she put me on hold to discuss this matter multiple times and he wouldn't get on the phone with me even though I could hear him in the background. I recorded all my conversation as I knew they would try to pull one over on me. I wish them luck trying to take the tanks from this property without a phone call from the owner of this appalling company with an apology. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.
