  Excellent service. Pretty standard pricing. They dropped off shirts at my place even though it's outside of their delivery area, just to be nice! If you want cheaper laundry or dry cleaning, go to Aurora!

  Completely exceeded my expectations after a very poor experience with my dry cleaner of 7 years. Bethany was exemplary in her customer service and knowledge. Thank you for putting your customer's needs before the business needs!!

  dependable? NOT! I went there because they advertised fast service. When I came to pick up my clothes for a business meeting they were not ready. I told them that I had asked for the same day service advertised and they told me that the bag it was placed in was not the correct bag. Was it my fault they put it in the wrong place? They seemed to think so. I finally got my clothes back a few days later and was appalled at the prices. Plus the quality was not any better than a less expensive place a couple of blocks away. No apology. No acknowledgement of error. My first and last time with this company.
