Incredible place! Wish I had started going sooner. Amazing place for treating injuries and just staying healthy and treating your body well. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that helps you get started and be able to come back and handle most things yourself.

I had my first appointment yesterday to try Cryotherapy. I got to the office and expected to be shown around to see everything the facility had to offer but they took me to the cryo specialist right away so I was thinking I would get the tour afterwards. When I was talking to the cryo specialist I asked if he would be the one showing me around but he said the gal at the front had the most current prices etc,. So when I was done, the front desk gal simply asked for payment. I started asking her questions like what a couple of the services were, how about the membership, prices etc,. She didn't offer to show me around so I really don't think it was in her job description or she just didn't care. Really disappointing. I am sure if they would have taken a couple extra steps to show me what they offer, I would have signed up. The cryo specialist was great, knowledgeable and friendly. But I certainly will not be returning to this facility.

Excellent recovery center and chiropractic clinic. It's a professional recovery center. Make sure to ask about your free day for your first visit.

I wish there was places like this everywhere. Recovery is super important, whether you're injured and trying to get back into to whatever you're missing or you're training and trying to keep active. This place is great for recovery and preventative activities, and a great place to go and do physio-type exercises with state-of-the-art equipment. Love this place.

I'm a bit conflicted writing this review. I want to give DSR more stars for the tools that I was able to try, but I was less than impressed by the employee who took me through my visit. Brandy seemed disinterested the entire time I was there, and spent much of the time looking at her phone, or joking around with other employees. My first visit to DSR was on a Saturday a couple weeks ago. I filled out some paperwork and was welcomed in and introduced to Brandy, who would be walking me through my visit and showing me what DSR had to offer. She mentioned that it was a particularly slow Saturday. We started out with the various manual tools - foam rollers, lacrosse balls, etc. Then she told me about the contrast pools and the infrared sauna. I tried each of these; the cold pool was terrible and wonderful. I sat in the infrared sauna for 10 minutes or so, and felt great. Afterwards, I got to try the compression boots for 20 minutes or so. I had had a good visit up until this point. After I finished up with the compression boots, Brandy asked me, "is there anything else you want to see or try out?" I was surprised by this, as it was my first visit to DSR... how was I supposed to know what else was available or what else I could ask to try? I said, "I don't know what else there is..." to which Brandy replied, "well, that's about all I had to show you." After speaking with a friend who had been to DSR several times, she mentioned e-stem, hip compression, and various other tools that I could have tried while I was there. I was impressed with what I was shown, but was extremely disappointed by my interaction with Brandy, and that I wasn't shown all of the tools that are available to patients at DSR. I don't know that I could justify paying $100/month for a membership if I only had access to the tools that I was shown.
