  When I first came to this dental office, I was extremely pleased. I was seen in a timely fashion, had X-rays, was seen by a dental hygienist who did an excellent job. The complaint that I have is that when I called to schedule an appointment, approximately a year after my first appointment, the appointment desk was polite and courteous and asked if I wanted to confirm my appointment since it was scheduled approximately 2 to 3 days ago. I said yes and confirmed. I am 69 years old and have some health issues so I rely on my family to take me to appointments. My daughter informed me she was unable to keep that appointment so I called back right away to reschedule. When I explained that I needed an appointment on a Monday at 4:00, I was placed on hold for over six and a half minutes. I hung up and called back, she searched through available appointments and said the 1st available appointment was December, 19 at 4:00. I felt like there should have been an early appointment available and checked on your website. November 28, at 4:00 was available. I believe I was made to hold for an unusual length of time and given an appointment that was over a month away because I called to reschedule. To bad that I will not be returning because of the service I received at the appointment desk.

  Zero stars is not an option, so they get 1. Came here for routine teeth cleanings and left with a $1000 bill. This us a sales and marketing store, not a dentist. They push the idea for CEREC crowns for anything they notice. "Oh you didn't brush your teeth 5 minutes ago? We can make you a crown in office in no time." They push so many services with zero regard to the customers out of pocket costs. They strongly recommend a micro bacterial teeth cleaning to ensure your teeth are as clean as possible, yet they don't mention that the cleaning agent only lasts 10 minutes, and then your mouth is full of bacteria again. My wife and I went in for 2 simple teeth cleanings and left with 1 teeth cleaning and a bill notice from our insurance (great insurance coverage) for all the extras that this location "had to do as part of the process." I am glad that we moved from Buena Park so that we don't ever need to visit this location again. P.S. Do not reply with an apology unless you are going to cover my bill for all the costs you did not explain.

  It was my first time visit with Dr Christina Kim. Felt comfortable with her n understand her explanation of the dental work that needed to be done. The office girls Debby n Nicole, were very pleasant n understanding of our many question. Also felt comfortable with Kaitlyn as Dr Kim assistant, n making the impression of my crown. I was amazed with all the new digital machine for the compression. Thank you Dr Kim , and your staff Sincerly Linda Brilman

  The office is clean. All the staff is awesome. I love Dr Kim, she is so gentle, professional and knows how to take care of my teeth even helped my teeth so healthy. She listens and understands my concerns. She will prioritize you if you have trouble or worse teeth. She’s so caring. I attend to see her every 6 months for check up. They will send you a friendly reminder. Highly recommend :)

  Really great dentist office! Very clean. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and always enjoy my appointments. It feels like visiting family, everyone is so upbeat and welcoming! The team is very knowledgeable about their field and happily answer all the questions I have. I’m scared of needles but Dr Shetty is awesome at making me feel very comfortable. Along with the entire staff! Thank you Charlotte, Alexis, Caitlin, Sam, Debby, and everyone else there for the great services ☺️
