  To be honest I like the dentist he is great but their receptionist is disgustingly snobbish with an attitude problem that needs to be adjusted ASAP. Basically on my last visit I was told that they will inform me when an approval was confirmed through my insurance which they never contacted me so I decided to contact my insurance myself a few months later and found out I was approved with a grace period of about 6 weeks left (basically I need to do her job because it does not seem this BIMBO is doing much on her end). So I called up and asked for a Sunday appointment which is the only day i have off from work and unfortunately they are booked Sunday and need to book for a month or so in advance. So this snobbish bimbo saids to me its my fault that i forgot about my teeth yet it was their responsibility to inform me of the approval which they never did (I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE BUSY AND HAVE A LOT OF CLIENTS TO SERVICE AND POSSIBLY FORGOT TO CONTACT ME ABOUT THE APPROVAL BUT DON'T BLAME ME OR YOUR CLIENTS FOR A MISTAKE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BY STAFF AND THEY KNOW THAT. SO BASICALLY I RATHER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH SUCH RUDENESS AND POOR CLIENT SERVICE. THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME I HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AN EXTREMELY OBNOXIOUS TONE OF VOICE FROM A DENTAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST, BUT I CAN PROMISE IT WAS MY LAST TIME CALLING.

  Dr. Entin, is a highly skilled top-notch Dentist that works with an amazing team!! Dr. Entin, is very attentive, caring, and GENTLE (very important trait in a Dentist, lol).actually spends time addressing your concerns and recommends best possible treatment plan for your situation. I had a few fillings and upper veneer work done (love it no more gaps and a brighter smile). I consider myself to be very fortunate that he is my dentist! Thank you Dr. Entin! - Peter A
