  This was my first visit to this dentist. They were polite, patient and kind. I will definitely be back for more visits because this is my new dentist.

  I gave one star because they surprised me with a large bill. I was always afraid of medical bill. I had asked them to be upfront with me about any bill regarding the treatment and even got a quote. I did the treatment just because they told me there will be no out of pocket that I am responsible for it. Shame. I tried to dispute the bill through dental works and my insurance. My insurance they bill me for sth that they were not supposed to. DentalWorks denied and I have to pay this large bill and I feel I was deceived again by healthcare system..

  Worse experience ever, they’ve charged me wrongly and treated my teeth twice for the same treatment as they were not able to extract my data of my dental plan. Worst of all even after they overcharged me they billed me on my address again and to resolve the issue I have wasted 4 days and still I do not have any positive response!

  I normally don’t give bad reviews but really hope this 1 star can be an incentive for you to stop messing up with people’s schedule. My implant crown appointment got cancelled 2 times and the third time I wasn’t even in their records, even though I received an email from them confirming my appointment…

  The hygienist always tries to sell you unnecessary service without telling you that it will come with a charge. You will walk out with a random service charge. The dentist did a horrible job on my filling, I took the X-ray after the filling appointment and there was still a small hole on that filling. I ended up having to have the same tooth fixed again by a different dentist. The front desk rarely picks up the phone call. This is the worst dental office I have ever been to, if I could give a zero star I would.
