  No wander so many people aren't happy about the service of this office, many staff members there aren't very helpful and aren't trying to help us as customer. The only way I am going there is because I work in Downtown and is convenience for me, otherwise I won't use them. One of the technician/ assistant and a doctor there are great, the rest not.

  My husband and I are thoroughly unimpressed with this place and will not be going again. The main issues were extremely unfriendly staff and overall cold atmosphere. Luckily we didn’t have any major dental issues so we don’t have worry about further work than our cleanings. It was also a big mistake apparently to bring our baby because the receptionist said very loudly that he doesn’t do well with children in a dental office.

  Not a fan of this practice after it recently changed...the previous hygienist was outgoing and extremely comforting, bubbly personality...now, it's anything but that. No eye contact with the receptionist when I first walked in, which was a bad sign, and the hygienist wasn't gregarious and lacked decent bedside manner,,,they didn't even floss!! Taking X-ray's was awkward. They found one dark spot which they guessed at to be a cavity and suggested getting fillings...definitely do not recommend this practice. Two stars way down and no smile from this guy.

  This used to be a professional office, but when staff changed they may be competent in their dental abilities but their billing practices are as another poster noted FUBAR! They overcharged my insurance, expected me to pay the difference when by negotiated contract with insurance they are not allowed to charge above contracted amount. They didn't always remember to submit to secondary insurance. It took 10 months to correct billing. If you like their services be very, very careful to check billing, call your insurance to see what they are allowed to charge.

  This place has changed dentist's and is now promoting some kind of "alternative dental health"! Right up 16th Street, just two blocks in Independence Plaza is Downtown Denver Dental, probably the best dentist and hygienist I've ever been to! And, they give new patients free whitening!
