  Rooms were old and in need of maintenance floors and carpet were filthy. Walls had patches that were never painted. Breakfast was a waffle maker and a couple of oranges and coffee. No staff were ever around and the freeway right outside was super noisy. Pay the fee extra bucks to find a decent place.

  Two lamps in the room were missing bulbs, employee came in and told us he was going to bring us some.. NEVER CAME BACK but I was happy that he was able to smoke black n milds and gossip ALL NIGHT LONG right outside our room door. We stayed in 104. as well as the lamp shades were literally falling apart on the bed and night stands.The (non smoking) room smelt like super strong marijuana and booty. The only reason I stayed here was because the entire city was booked due to the state power lifting meet... the walls had huge holes in them along with horrible attempts to patch them. The comforter was literally paper thin and the pillows smelt like they hadn’t been washed in months.. while squatting over toilet to relieve myself, there was a literal pile of droppings in the corners. I mean either from mouse or insects, Most likely both. Shower head was spewing water EVERYWHERE.. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a run away fellon seeking a place to hide out.. it was complete trash even for the low price... the employees were horrible. RUDE! And could honestly give less than a Flying dildo about the comfort of customers.. Stay here only if it is your absolute LAST RESORT.

  Rather frightening. Clean but the place needed a lot of repairs. The owners are the people running the place were very nice but not a really nice neighborhood.

  For the money, good deal !!! Nice owner, from India, and the room was decently clean but some what dated. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Waco on a limited budget. They will let you change rooms if your not happy and give extra towels. No breakfast, room coffee, clothes iron, blow dryer, alarm clock but you do get a mini fridge and mycrowave. Conveniently located to I 35 and several restaurants. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. WiFi was fast. Don't know what else to list

  I have personally stayed at the Deluxe Inn at 1430 South Interstate Highway 35 in Waco since late June of this year. I rate it 5 stars not because it is a "5 star" establishment but because even though furnished moderately it is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff is attententive and courteous and they provide a breakfast included in your room rate that is extremely generous. Located very near shopping. Virtually surrounded by every kind of dining options you could want. And by Texas standards very reasonably priced. I gladly and enthusiastically recommend it to anyone.
