  I had called because we had worked with them back in 2015 and the IRS was requesting their EIN number, the gentleman that answered the phone said he wasn't going to give it to me because he had never heard of the company I worked for, I asked to speak to his supervisor and he refused to let me talk to him or her. then I asked for an email or fax # so that i can send the form since he did not believe me, he refused to do that, he put me on hold and then came back just shouting numbers...I asked him what was he giving me and he said "what you wanted", with an attitude. I asked him for his name again he wasn't going to give it me and hung up.
