  They did the exact same thing to me! RECENTLY WE HIRED THIS COMPANY FALLING FOR WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS A GOOD DEAL. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, AFTER CALLING THEM 20 MINUTES AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE AT MY HOUSE I CALLED THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO SAY THEIR TRUCK WAS BROKE DOWN. I THEN ASKED IF I FIND A TRUCK COULD THEY STILL SEND THE MOVERS TO HELP LOAD/UNLOAD THE TRUCK, "ABSOLUTELY THEY WILL BE THERE IN 30 MINS TO A HOUR". I THEN RENT A TRUCK LAST MINUTE (paying much more without a reservation) ONLY FOR THIS COMPANY TO NEVER SEND ANYONE, STOP PICKING UP CALLS, AND NEVER EVEN CALLING TO EXPLAIN. HIRE ANYONE ELSE, AT LEAST MAYBE ANOTHER COMPANY WILL SHOW UP. WE WERE STUCK LOADING THE WHOLE TRUCK BETWEEN MY WIFE AND I.

  I'm still not entirely sure this is actually a moving company. I do know that they initially cancelled my move on they day of due to "transmission issues", which I was very understanding of, circumstances like that can make running a business difficult and I decided to have some faith and allow them to reschedule for the following day. This was a mistake. The following day they refused to pick up the phone, I called about 6 times and left 2 messages. After the time had passed that they were supposed to be at my apartment, I got the idea that perhaps they were screening my calls, so I called from a different number and lo and behold, they picked up the phone. They informed me that there was just no way they could help me move for at least another 5 days. I'd imagine a large part of the moving business is really just showing up with a truck, and this company doesn't seem to be very good at coordinating that, so if you're looking for a moving company, don't call them.
