  LOVE the place. GREAT Jelly Doughnuts AND everything else. Never had a bad item. Staff is efficient & friendly. Not overly expensive.

  Great old fashioned, old school bakery. Not some huge fake supermarket bakery, “but the real thing”. Cakes made to order with real whipped cream and fresh italian cookies daily. The pastry is very good and the staff is warm and friendly. I highly recommend this bakery. Maybe pricey for a real bakery. But you get what you pay for!

  One of the Best Bakery's in Westchester. 100% worth it. Just add the Italian SFINGI and ZEPPOLI''S and WOW ARE THEY GOOD!!! Best i ever had!

  Horrible, unprofessional. I had placed an order for a birthday cake. Very simple. A chocolate cake, hazelnut mousse, pink outside, with a silver drip around. I first went in to place the order after driving all the way from tarrytown. There were two girls in the shop. The first girl told me she couldn't help me and to come back within another time period. I told her I had called and made sure that someone could've taken my order, that's the point of me coming at this time after work. Mind you, I work for a prestigious hospital and pending the outcome of this cake, we were thinking of making a grand order for a retirement event. Regardless, the second girl took my order for the cake. She was sweet and made sure to take my order. The cake details came in at 65. Pictures were taken of the cake and what u wanted it to look like, detailed wrote down and a drawing was even made. It was supposed to look like the first picture. Instead it came out ugly and horrible. After placing the order over a week and a half in advance, the day of about 3 hours before pick up- I received a call stating "what do I want the cake to look like" - uhmmmmmm, you have pictures, I told you. Then she said oh the girl that took my order wasn't in to show her. Then she said oh yea it's on the paper. This person could barely speak English. She then happened to tell me. "I don't know what happened to the cake, that THEY messed up the cake - it has too much icing". What??? She sensed the frustration in my voice and she said don't worry, she fix it and it will be perfect. I said ok. Picked up my cake to see this monstrosity. I went to pick up the cake. I scheduled it to be done at 12 so that by 5 there leaves more than enough time for it to be completed properly. This cake needed to be done for 6. I went there and this is what I received. I was horrified. The girl that helped me smartly stayed in the back. The person that could not speak English helped me. I told her that this is not what I ordered, does not look close to what I ordered. She said that she is sorry and there is nothing I can do.. and to take some rainbow cookies as a refund. ARE you Stupid! I asked to speak to a manager who happened to not be there and I was told that I have to come at 6 AM to speak to him. As he works a 6 to 2 and he is the only one who can provide my refund. I was told "you order the cake and you keep it". This is a horrifiying cake and ruined the celebration. I had to settle for a cake rushed from Cheesecake Factory. I believe that this is a racist place and this is not the last you have heard from me. It seems like the color of your skin plays a part here, because I have seen many other people come in and get treated so nice and with respect, but I just seemed to be brushed off as if my money wasn't valued the same. Asked to speak to a manager 3 separate times and was hung up on. I don't know even want to step foot again into this bakery. Take Warning! I will be contacting my creditor and filing a report with BBB.
