  This place is the worst now. The new owner is rude. Changes prices without notice. And serves terrible food. Don't waste your time or money here. This used to be a downtown staple. Now I wish something else was there.

  This place has just gone to the dumps over the years, since the new owners took over. I remember years back there would be a line almost out of the door and now you never see barely anyone inside. Yet I would still go because they have one of my favorite Italian salads and it is just the right serving size. I am a regular customer and go there quite often. Today i decided to stop in for my usual salad only to be told by the owner "we don't make that salad in that size any longer and you will have to order the big one, we only the house in the small salad now." So there I am being told that she simply will not just make a small amount of the salad and put it into the small container that they still obviously have because they serve it with the other salad option. I told her the large salad is too big and asked if they would just put it into the small container. She replied "no." I am blown away at how they treat even a regular customer. I will NEVER attend this establishment again under these owners. I can only hope someone comes and saves this place before it goes under.

  I can't vouch for soups & salads, but the Veggie Delight is a fantastic sandwich. Plus, the staff has always been polite and pleasant to deal with. Yeah, Rae's hogs the spotlight, but given it's almost always packed out during traditional lunch hours, I prefer investing in a place where I not only can score a great eat, but land it in a peaceful environment.

  Did not honor my gift card. Refused multiple times. I explained I had never been, and wanted to try it since I had a gift card and if they wanted my future business they would honor it. They still refused. Will not be back. Rude.

  I got the California club, it wasn't bad. But I got the broccoli cheddar soup and it lacks flavor and I'm pretty sure they watered it down otherwise it's a horrible recipe that has no thickness. I do not recommend. Should've gone to Jimmy John's or subway. I would've saved some money.
