  I work in the area and I usually order here from time to time. Their response time and customer service has gone down significantly. Point in case, just today I ordered chicken nuggets with fries. Not only did I receive the wrong order of meat but they also responded to me on the phone in a rude tone. Telling me that they ran out of nuggets. Then after speaking to a second gentleman he responds with "you're right because the customer is always right" and attempts to talk his way out of what the first guy said. Next time, if you don't have the correct item don't replace it with something else and attempt to lie to me that its the same thing - to make $5. Yes, they declined to return the incorrect order. Extremely disappointed. Will not be ordering here again.
