  This site is either awesome or terrible... seems there is no in between. Thankfully it's great more often than not. The manager is key... when she is there your good

  Check your order amd charges to make sure they did it right. Been going here for a year and every time they mess up on my order. Doesnt matter if i customized it or just ordering a regular item. Unfortunately they charged my card incorrectly on my recent order (charged someone elses order on my card while in drive thru). They corrected it but have to wait days for the charge to be corrected. No bueno if i had limited funds in my account. Only real upside, they always are great at customer service even if they cant get the order and monies right.

  Great tasting food at a very low price, the service could have been better but it's not a turn off.

  Del Taco is great—and the staff who work here have always been super courteous and friendly… However, I'd say 1-2 times out of 10 (and even more so recently) my order will be wrong—e.g., I'll have ordered a vegetarian item only to discover when I'm home they added meat. Also, they frequently close down + lock the lobby earlier than their posted lobby hours.
