  This place is great for fast and inexpensive meals. Today I had the carne asada wet burrito which comes with refried beans, rice, and a side of chips and salsa. The burrito is in a bed of slightly spicy sauce and has sliced of avocado on top. This location is open 24/7. Not sure if the dining room is but at least the drive thru is. A short walk from the City College trolley station.

  It's Del Taco.Del Taco. The staff is doing their best with the resources they are given but come on. Seriously? Last time I was there, there was a sign on the drink machine informing customers not to dump their strawberries from their strawberry lemonade into the soda dispenser overspill drain. I guess it cloggs up the drain. Consequently, a sugary sludge of mixed soda and ice and human fluids builds up in the tray which is detrimental to the del taco dining in experience. Kinda reminds me of target practice when the person would aim and shoot dead center. Only to have the projectile be off to the side. Every. Single. Time.

  Go there late night sometimes. You would think as busy as is is on the weekend, they'd have a FEW people working. Instead they have all of what seems like one person. But it's some good healthy Del Taco!

  This del 🌮 is located leaving downtown San Diego. Yum. The last time I went ( two days ago) I ate the big shrimp tacos. They aren't that bad! I've eaten many delicious items here. The loaded fries are quite yummy too!

  Hours - Indoors - 06:00am-11pm everyday. Drive-thru - 24hours (all day) everyday. (I don't know holiday hours.) Has small parking lot. Bathroom, public. Decent amount of seats & tables. Good range of condiments, including mild to hot. You may have to ask if they have something, some items behind counter & not self serve. The deals & specials usually are posted, visible on windows from outside. Breakfast menu, with eggs. I've usually had decent service here. I've rarely gone here (may go more often now that I've seen they have epic burritos). Recommend higher cost or larger versions of items, since usually lower cost per unit/amount of food (cost rate), compared to lower cost or smaller versions of items. You usually get more bang or food per buck with larger or higher cost versions of items. Not just because of price break for larger or higher cost items. The lower cost or smaller versions of items tend to have less filling (proportionately lower filling than bread/wrapping/shells, compared to higher priced or larger food options; lower cost or smaller items tend to be more bread/wrapping/shells; if you want more of the filling content, recommend higher priced & larger items; tends to be worth it for better/more wholesome meal/food. If you want proportionately more bread/wrapping/shells than filling, then the lower cost or smaller items may better fit what you want.).
