::Appears to be a scam to me. My wipers were just over 3 months old. He said they streaked so they had to be replaced. He didn't check them after he put the new ones on, so I did; The new ones worked the exact same way. His young son was inside and said just about everyone has to purchase new wipers to pass. I was in a hurry so I had to get it done. I don't expect to be back in TX until next month sometime, so I had time pressure. This is my first time since 1986 an inspection station made me replace perfectly good wipers. And at an inflated price as well.
