  At the time of this review, I've been going to Defy (The Heights) for 7 months. The All Levels class is a fun and effective workout that I'm always excited to go to. I typically go to Jenn, Kimberly, Taylor, or Christa's class, but all the instructors are fantastic. Always a positive environment. I cannot say enough great things about Defy.

  I LOVE this place! I've been to a few different instructors and I love them all. Very challenging but FUN class! Always has good music playlists :)

  I cant get enough! Since this new studio opened I've been a few times a week every week and love it. Christa rocks and her classes are killer (in the best way). The location couldn't be better and parking is never an issue. The studio is small so you get personal attention should you need help and every class has variations for beginners and the more advance. With all the workout studios in Houston, this is definitely one of my favorites! I highly recommend it.
