  I joined 2 sessions of the Fit Bride Bootcamp and absolute fell IN LOVE with it. Trainers Carli and Kerith are very professional and knowledgeable about what they do, I learned so much from them about fitness, nutrition, setting goals, physical and mental wellness. They put a lot of their time and energy in creating our workouts, making them diverse, and fun! They also added a lot of details into the program that made it very special for us brides. (Oh, and what an incredible experience to meet other brides locally and share our wedding planning experiences). It's amazing the nutritional awareness I gained and the physical results I saw in myself by adding this Bootcamp to my regular routine. Carli and Kerith have a true passion for what they do! Their dedication to you in helping you achieve your own personal goals is remarkable!
