  I went for fist appointment this morning to see Dr Smith. His DH Albert did my x-rays and paperwork, was very pleasant and friendly. Dr Smith followed and again very personable and friendly, gave me my treatment plan. Vicky at the front office was great also. I highly recommend this practice all that were part of my visit, great people great professionals, great communication and a beautiful and warm environment.

  The front desk staff are very nice. Dr Atkinson completed 2 fillings and 1 root canal for me. I went back 5 times because I had pains on all of those teeth. He did a lit bit of filling each time on the same tooth (so 3 times I got numb for one single filling). I finally gave up on going back there and found another dentist. I had to redo the filling and the root canal all over again from scratch. So basically 3 months of pain, not being able to eat correctly & all the money I paid ended up being for nothing. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

  I really like this dentist practice. Everyone from the front desk staff to my hygienist are supremely polite and professional. I have never had to wait more than a minute for my appointment time - they are on time. Above all, Dr. Atkinson is a knowledgeable professional who gives me great confidence in his dental care. Lastly, I never feel I am "upsold" on procedures I likely don't want or need.

  I grew up and honestly hated going to the dentist. I was always very anxious and nervous. I moved to Georgia 14 years ago and started to use Deerfield Dentistry. They have been great. Always explain upfront the charges before the service. I went from going to a dentist maybe 1 time every few years to trying to get in twice a year for cleanings. Amanda is absolutely the best Dental Hygienist. So friendly and happy. Some suggestions from Amanda and things have gotten much better for me. Dr. Atkinson is also great as well as the folks at the front desk. Smiles all the time. I enjoy the personal touch. I feel like I am visiting friends. You won't go wrong using this great people.

  Dr. Atkinson and his entire Staff is AMAZING!!!! He has done multiple procedures for me and my family for over 16 years- crowns, root canals, whitening, cavities- all his work has stood the test of time. His bed-side manor and obvious effort they’ve put into making the office a comfortable place puts me at ease when I tend to have anxiety about going to the dentist. I would recommend him to everyone! Truly a gem!
