  Dee is a very compassionate and assertive person who has given me the tools to meditate and view the world in a different manner. Dee’s meditational teachings has helped me reduce my PTSD. As I learned to control my PTSD I’ve become more productive during work and during my daily activities. It is very refreshing to find a person who gives of herself to help others.

  Dee's teaching practice of yoga and, for me, especially meditation, and the combination of both, have had an intense, positive impact on my life, both within me and in my external world. In a seriously positive way, my inner torments that affected my outer, daily world for years disappeared as I learned from Dee how to control my inner life through meditation, complemented by yoga. As I learned from Dee how to develop a positive, meditative inner perspective, an inner shift occurred that positively affected my outer, day-to-day world in ways I previously could not have imagined, and continues to do so. Among the changes, I'm happier, more outgoing, and have become perceptive about the people around me. These changes in my life continue. Don't take my word for it.
