  My experience with Decatur Auto has it's pros and cons...Jeff was pleasant and very helpful. But then 2 weeks after I purchased my 05 Suburban it started smoking and i just got it end of Feb.18. I had it towed to Decatur Auto where Kevin blames me for their mistake. One of THEIR mechanics put the wrong filter on. I just got the truck why would I get a oil change in 2 weeks...when I was told before leaving the truck was checked out and I was good to go. Decatur Auto need yo double check with their employees before accusing the customer that makes bad business. I was all for them before this incident and won t be recommending them yo ANYONE. I'M the customer I shouldn't feel like this after spending my money for something I wanted.
