  They do an amazing job and are very nice. your pieces of clothing no matter what they are ( shirts, dresses, cashmere, suites etc.) come back to you better than when you dropped them off. Thought very business like on the out side, Its a mom and pop sort of place. I drop off very early morning on my way into work and they are always conscious of my time. thank you for always doing such a great job. - Liz Woods

  I suppose I've been very lucky. It's so incredibly rare that I have a truly horrible customer service experience. These folks were so incredibly incompetent, unintelligent and insensitive. One employee told me when my things would be ready and when I went to pick them up and they weren't ready the other employee insisted that I was lying about what the other employee said. I would never use them again. They could offer me a life-time of free dry-cleaning and I STILL wouldn't set foot in the place.
