::I loved my visit to Dealey Plaza. As a history fan I thought the comprehensive history of the JFK assassination was fascinating. The building allows you to visit the sixth floor, the floor JFK was famously shot from. As you progress through the tour there is a fantastic audio guide accompanied with visual pieces and physical historical artifacts. The exhibit is very cleanly put together from start to finish so that even someone with no historical knowledge could get a good idea of the signifance. After leaving the museum tourists can go visit the plaza and grassy knoll as well.

::A piece of history. Notorious for the site of the JFK assassination. Plenty of history and a somber vibe. Some cool old architecture as well as some modern skylines mixed in.

::Fascinating and sad at the same time as JFK was shot here. Worth visiting. The 6th floor museum is very close by and very detailed. An x marks the spot on Elm Street where JFK was shot .

::A great place to visit at any time. Lot of great history facts and you can take pictures of everything. It is free, so you can definately afford it. Theres people there who talk about what happened the day J.F.K. was assassinated, the have books and videos and info they sale; if you have children be careful to take them to their table, they have lots of pics from the forensic office and they aren't child appropriate/friendly. A much more child friendly museum is right across the street, the red roof museum, is not too long or has a lot of things for the kids but it may result very informative to anyone who loves history and/or facts. The reunion tower is close by, super fun and at a good price. There are more things to do, just in case you want to keep it child appropriate. Have fun!

::Wow! What a surreal place. We parked in the museum lot which backs up behind the grassy knoll. Locked over the reproduction of the wooden fence then walked down. So cool to see the plaza pretty much as it existed 50 years ago. Just walking around was amazing. Definitely do the 6th Floor Museum too if you can. Great info and the self guided tour is great.
