  Love them!!! We got an estimate from Precision countertops and De La Tierra to do our countertops in our office (on our bookcase counters and desk) and their (DLT) price was MUCH better (shame on you Precision!). So much so that we were scared to go with them. Aurora was so sweet and helpful though that we decided we had to try them. They were phenomenal! Both Michael and Aurora were super professional, timely and the job was done perfectly. DLT is one of those companies that you hope are around forever....I have a lot of bathrooms and a kitchen for them to do still;)! 2017 UPDATE! We had DLT do a marble remnant in our guest bathroom and they were just as awesome to work with as before! Love you guys!!!

  The general contractor of our kitchen remodel recommended De La Tierra, INC for granite countertops and the island in our kitchen remodel. Michael of De La Tierra did outstanding work in fabricating and installing the granite. He also replaced the worn tile counters in our laundry room with marble. We are very impressed with the results !

  Perfection!!!! If you are looking for a counter top fabricator/installer in Portland, you've found them. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are unmatched, and as an added bonus they are phenomenal people too. Professional from the outset, they were prompt to return phone calls and were very easy to work with in regards to design, timing, etc. They installed around two slabs worth of quartz, including full height back splash, a peninsula, and an under mount sink. The counters/back splash look AMAZING. 4 months later and the counters feel bulletproof and sturdy. Thank You!

  From the very start, our experience with de la tierra, inc. was terrific! Aurora was a pleasure to work with through the entire business end of the job. She provided her bid for our soapstone counters (which turned out to be the lowest of three) in a very timely fashion. She scheduled templating and installation around our complicated calendar, and provide detailed information about what was involved, how the job would be done, and what we should expect. Michael was wonderful to work with--he was engaging and artful. He invited us to come to the shop to see how the templates layed out on the slab and worked with us to get the patterns we wanted where we wanted them on the counters. He was meticulous in the installation. We couldn't be happier!

  I had a small bathroom job. My contractor (Jon Lee Contracting) sent me out to see Michael. He had a small piece of marble that was perfect for my bathroom. He (and Jeremy) did such a wonderful job with the marble. I hope to use de la tierra when I get ready to redo my kitchen in the spring ~
