  update WITH PICS OF BED DAMAGE BELOW! Beware! My sons bed frame broke off with a dangerous piece of wood and they will not fix it. They openly lied 🤥 to us saying they stand behind their product but my son who is only 3 cannot sleep in his bed cause it has collapsed with wood sticking out. The couch we purchased broke on the side after someone was sitting on it only after having it one month ! They promised to stand behind their product but apparently they have one person to fix the whole United States and he cannot get to us for months. Terrible service and they lie. Very sad as I was hoping they would rise up and help. They don’t care. They also beg customers for good reviews when they deliver so they look better and people won’t be able to change their minds.

  PICS OF DAMAGE BELOW ! After two months the company has not fixed my toddlers broken bed or the broken couch. The furniture was not even two weeks old when it broke and Ray our salesman openly lied to us. They have one repairman for thousands of customers and even at discount prices this is just not acceptable. They never even apologized or attempted to fix the issue. As you can see in this pic below the wood is damaged and is dangerous to my son. The wooden frame was two weeks old when it broke and my son has been without a bed ever since.

  Overpriced, poor quality furniture. 2 pieces broke within a month and they have not stood behind their warranty, saying it will be months before anyone even looks at the damaged items. Very disappointing.

  The staff is great and the selection is excellent. The prices are definitely reasonable and they work with you to coordinate deliveries. I have purchased 3 pieces of furniture from them.

  I went to D&D looking for a bed frame and a mattress. By far, they had the greatest selection of all the other stores I went to. I compared a bunch of other local stores, and D&D had the best overall quality for the price. The customer service was also far better here than the other stores I went to. The employee who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy or helicoptery. The delivery came sooner than expected. I purchased the bed on Sunday, and the delivery was set up for Friday. The delivery men were very friendly, professional looking and mannered, and we very fast with the set up. They cleaned up behind themselves as well, which was a plus. My only gripe was that shipping was not included with the purchase, as you get with some of the other local competitors, but that was certainly not a deal breaker for me. The quality and service, as well as very good price, made up for that in the end. I would definitely recommend D&D Price Buster Furniture.
