Nothing exciting, it's a dealer parts and service department. Parts counter is kind of tucked away, you have to walk through the show room and it is in a little alcove on your left as you approach service. Staff was excellent, totally professional.

Loooooooooooooooong wait time (> 3 hours) with an appt. if you have nothing to do and you want a place to read a book or watch your favorite Netflix ( bring your own laptop), that’s a place to be at.

I’m not going to publicly accuse them of anything but I’m going to share my experience. You, potential customer, decide what to think about it. I want to start this review by saying that the sales department and the rep who sold me the car are superb. It’s no surprise that this is one of the highest volume Honda dealerships in the nation. If you’re looking to purchase a Honda, I’d recommend this place for that. Now let’s talk about their service department. No matter what time you schedule your simple oil change, it will take anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours. Keep in mind that this is a SCHEDULED oil change. But I still brought my lease to this service department because I thought I could trust them over the other independent mechanics at xyz shops. My 2016 civic has had problems with AC since the day I purchased it. I was not surprised to find the AC unit not working again once the weather got warmer this spring. Other than the AC blowing warm air, there was nothing else functionally wrong with the car. In fact, I drove it for 3 weeks without any issues although I had to keep the windows down. After waiting around 4 hours at the shop (waiting area is surprisingly nice and clean, with comfortable chairs), my service advisor calls me over to let me know that I need to make repairs totaling $1136. Wait, excuse me? What? On a civic lease less than 2 years old, you need to do a repair costing over a grand for AC issues?! I request to speak to the service department manager, and he shows me pictures of a very unnatural looking hole on the condenser and says that there’s also a hole in the radiator from what they assume is a rock at highway speeds. He claims that a rock at high speeds went through not just the condenser, but also the radiator behind it, and that I need both replaced or the vehicle will overheat. I say that the vehicle drove perfectly fine for the past 3 weeks and the only issue was the AC, and that I don’t currently have $1136 to throw around. He tells me that if I continue to drive this car in it’s current state, it will overheat and I’ll have to pay for a new engine if it were to get damaged. Since the car’s been driving fine, I refuse repairs to seek a second opinion. I take the car home. The very next day, after driving the car for 10 minutes, the car overheats and I’m forced to pull over to the side before any damage is done. A car that’s been fine even on long distance trips is overheating the very next day after I refused repairs at the dealership service department. I take it to a mechanic I know and get it repaired for less than what the dealership service quoted me, and the car runs perfectly fine. I did have to replace both the condenser and the radiator. When I asked the mechanic if I got hosed at the dealership service he told me things like this can indeed happen, but the hole did look very unnatural as if a long object like a stick poked at it. Look, something could’ve definitely put holes through both the condenser and radiator at highway speeds. I’m not making any accusations. However, the car drove fine for 3 weeks (with no AC) before taking it to the dealership and it overheat the very next day after I refused repairs. Those are facts. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and absolutely cannot wait to return this civic lease in 2019. My family actually owns a 2013 CRV which has been fantastic (also purchased at this dealership), but we will all be moving away from Honda. The 2019 Toyota RAV4 looks even better now...

Terrible Service Department, they managed to lose my car even though it was towed into the dealership by Honda Roadside Assistance!
