  Very courteous and professional staff. I was repairing a faucet for my mom and couldn’t find the replacement valves that I needed. The man I spoke with on the phone told me to send him some pictures of the valve. He replied back almost immediately and told me what brand they were, and that he had them in stock. I couldn’t find the valves anywhere at any of the hardware stores that I went to. When I went to pick up the new valves, the gentleman at the counter even helped to remove the shaft off the valve for me to install on the new one. If you need plumbing supplies, come here before going anywhere else.

  Great store. I had a wonderful experience here. Very helpful and very kind. I explained what I was trying to do and they pointed me right to my options. I bought a strainer and a faucet. Better deal than other local places or amazon.

  I've made two visits to Day's and both times been impressed with the level of helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. This last time, the gentleman that helped me walked me through the options for parts I could use to fix the outside faucet at my house. Despite the fact that they didn't carry the brand I was looking to repair, he pointed me to other competitors that might and told me the comparable option at Day's that could solve my problem. It was good customer-first business and I'll be back for any plumbing-related projects in the future.
