  Overall our stay was fine, we rented this place solely for location and a decent bed. The hotel is old, decor is dated, and our room kind of smelled damp. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Best part is the location in Hollywood, easy walk to many tourist stops, and cheap Lyft rides to West Hollywood or Sunset. Also it's right next to In and Out Burger, which was great for us. We didn't use the amenities, so I can't comment on that. We checked out early so we didn't get to have the continental breakfast (served 0630 to 1000), so again I can't comment. Overall, would recommend for low to mid budget travellers. It does the job, just don't expect anything great.

  Good room. Skimpy breakfast. It was really continental. Nice amenities and good location.

  The room was pretty big! They do have a pool which is cool. The breakfast option wasn't my cup of tea but okay. They do have like a security system which is great too.

  Mixed feelings. The rooms are dated yes, but not terrible. However, there was half drunken soda bottles from the prior guest in the restroom when we checked in. How did the cleaning staff miss that? The TV didn't work either, but the front reception helped us figure out the issue quickly. Police were arresting a guest during our stay. It was a loud ordeal and I felt too uncomfortable to leave the room. The hotel is near some interesting local sites, and if you like In-n-Out, well lucky you! There is one next door. Downside, In-n-Out was really crowded and noisy on the weekend. I didn't use the pool or take breakfast, so no comment on that.
