  People are friendly just stayed for the night but i was so peaceful we slept very good.

  No issues at all. My room #206 was very clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff. I also saw no signs of any type of pests during my stay. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Heating and cooling worked fine. Complimentary soap and shampoo are provided. A fridge and microwave is equipped in each room, but note there is no coffee pot, but they may have some available in the lobby, not sure. There's a beverage and ice machine available for guests. And a few restaurants and a convenience store nearby within a 2 minute walk. Even though this property sits near the interstate, in my opinion it wasnt noisey at all, where it might interrupt sleep. The complimentary continental breakfast was filling. Yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, toast, fruit, coffee etc The front desk customer service employee was welcoming, and very pleasant. I would stay here again next time I fly into Tucson.

  We got this room because the first hotel was terrible. Days inn tucson welcomed us and the rooms were very clean and the complimentary breakfast was small but good. We would stay here again !

  The rooms were NOT clean. At first they did not want to switch us rooms, but after I called multiple times as we discovered more filth, they moved us to the room next door and it was dirty as well, but not as bad. The sheets in both rooms were stained and dirty and had holes in them. The blankets had holes in them and were stained. The towels were old and rough. In both rooms the tables and night stand were dirty and sticky. The Fridge and microwaves in both rooms were dirty, one had hair in it. The toilet in the first room was dirty. The phones and alarm clocks were filthy. My daughter took a towel and cleaned the second room herself. The attached photo of the towel is what it looked like after my daughter cleaned. The breakfast area in the lobby was dirty, the microwave was dirty the tables were dirty, we were one of the first ones there in the morning so the mess wasn't from that day. If the areas wasn't booked due to a soccer tournament we would have changed hotels. The pictures on the web sight do NOT match what we had.

  If I hadn't been so tired I would have left. I stayed in a room where someone had recently kicked in the door. The person who checked is in was rude. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
