  Awful, disgusting. Drugs, food left in room. Everything stained. Spiders and bugs. Various men & women in & out of rooms, prostitution. You'd be better off staying on a park bench or under a bridge. Was offered a 3rd room, no thanks. I couldn't get a refund of the cash I had just paid. Had to come back in the morning for that. I cannot stress enough how awful and unsafe this place is. Not to mention they charge $92.00 a night for this dump. Needs condemned. The only bright note was the manager the next morning. Had my money waiting & very apologetic. She's to good to be working in a place like that.

  Overall decent for the price. Everything was clean and worked well, breakfast wasnt a huge spread but tasted good. Only negative was the shower leaked and made the entire bathroom floor wet.

  I want to give this place Zero stars. I stayed in Room 132. Filthy room with stains all over the carpet floor. Dust everywhere. They had the nerve to charge me $181.10 for a one night stay at this motel (early check in fee $50). I will never patronize this Motel again and their outrageous prices. I come to Pittsburgh at least 3x a month and this was my worst hotel experience ever and the nerve of them to overcharge me for a "drug den".

  When I pay for a room to stay in no matter where it is I expect that my money is not wasted. I do not pay just for a place to sleep but also for the service of having a clean room AT THE VERY LEAST upon arrival. I check in, go to my room and the air is thick inside. It's actually thick moist air in the room. It smells of mold. The window and a/c unit have water just sitting there. There's hair in the shower. There's no optional safe. The smoke detector is hanging from it's wires off the wall. I tried taking a shower the following morning only to find that no matter where I put the dial the temperature would change on it's own it was 30 seconds of scolding hot water and then 30 seconds of ice cold. I can tell that the most they do to "prepare a room" for a new guest is make the bed. That is it.

  The lady's who checked us in were great! However before check out a lady called to check our room because it smelled like "smoke." Mind you we had our daughter with us and don't even smoke in our own home which is why we chose a NON smoking room. The bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain had stains as well as most of our towels and wash cloths. Along the edges of the carpet were not clean at all and you could wipe dust from the top of the bed frame. But I have it 2 stars because the beds were nice and comfortable and the bed clothes were actually clean..
