  Don't stay here it is awful! rooms stinks, nothing works, many rental tenant. ZERO STARS! Recommend you stay at Rodeway Inn 100%better. You have been forewarned!

  Dump! They are in the process of remodeling but there is no excuse for the state of the rooms. Also, I booked a king bed but they gave me a queen which smelled like an ashtray. When I asked them why I wasn't given a king they said they were overbooked but would give me another room. The 2nd room smelled like a Marijuana convention had just finished there. So on to a 3rd room which wasn't clean but didn't smell as bad. Don't come here expecting a clean Day's Inn, this dump gives them a bad name.

  Worst experience ever, house keeping NEVER came. Our room flooded from above, like a waterfall from the ceiling, soaked most of our clothes and bathroom stuff. Staff was awful, did not even offer money compensation for items ruined. I had to throw away $50 worth of makeup, toiletries, laundry, pillow. So just we left. This hotel should be shut down. It did not have outlet plate on outlet, wired from ceiling, and water flooding out of ceiling. Not a good combination. Very bad.

  The room was good n clean. The room service was consistent. Breakfast wasn't bountiful but definitely more than most. The amenities were appropriate and complete...however, the customer service at check-in was HELL!! After being in line for at least 30 min, I was greeted very rudely and before I could State my name n reservation, I was told there's no reservation under that name(?) I said it again and was found but now it was that SHE cancelled my reservation at 3 when she clocked in because my card declined. First of all, i had only made the reservations 2 hours prior to me checking in . She stated the card declined but was only supposed to be used to hold reservations. I was then told the room was previously overbooked and it wasn't available at all anymore but that I could get a queen room for $20 more night. After about 2 hours of trying to find another hotel I contacted the third-party I booked my room through and was told my reservation was still intact and that I had qualify for a late check-in. I tried to book the room again online and yes the room was available both times I attempted to rebook the room but the price was up a little more now. I ended up calling the hotel to inform them the room still shows available and my reservation is still intact according to my third party , only to be told "lucky me, two people just cancelled and now the room is available again if I'm still interested and in the area"... this was 3 hours after I had previously attempted to check in. Needless to say, I was livid. 😬

  Girlfriend and I stayed here for 1 night on New year's Eve with short notice for only $50/night. The cost was the only reason why we picked this hotel. With that said, do not expect anything more than sub par. Comfortable room for what it was. In a not-so-bad neighborhood but the cheap rates drive in an "interesting" crowd. Would stay here again just because of how inexpensive it is.
