Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Staff was rude, hotel was disgusting and smelled horrible. Beds were awful. It was a pre season game so the price was 150 per night and they charged an additional 30 for parking even though the website says free parking. It took an hour to check in because they were understaffed. Probably why the staff was so rude. Would not come here again if my life depended on it! Definitely shorthand it to stay a few miles away in a nice hotel with free parking and Uber over.

Would rate this hotel 0 stars if I could. I definitely do not recommend. They gave another guest the same room that they put us in so we had strangers opening our room. There were also ants in our beds and when we called the front desk to be simply ignored. I have called them more than three times to ask about our money that never got refunded and they simply hang up.

Absolutely would not go back to this hotel! First the pictures that are online are nothing like what you actually get. Second, the woman working the front desk does not communicate very well at all. I reserved a double bed and was given a single. As we were waiting to check in we noticed the lobby is nothing like the photo, then a family was walking back from their room and I asked how the rooms were. She stated they were leaving and going to another hotel. I figured I would go look for myself and she was absolutely right. The linens were dirty, along with the carpet and vents. I checked out the bathroom and the lights didn’t work (neither did the light in the walkway to the room). I had children with me and this wasn’t going to work. I went straight back to the front and asked for a cancellation and we left and went to the Hilton which cost me a little more for a double but was well worth it!

Disgusting! Don't be fooled by the 3 stars that websites such as Google and Hotwire have been quick to give this hotel. Unless chicken bones in the elevator is your idea of a decent place to stay, this hotel deserves nothing more than 1star. And I only give it one star because I can't give a lower rating. To expand, this hotel has not been cleaned since the dark ages (with bones and dirt to prove). The hotel shower systems have such poor drainage systems, the carpets were practically dirt rags based on how much scum was seeped into the fibery strands. Customer service was just plain poor. Walking into a motel or hotel, you are expected to be greeted by charming, quality service reception. If not that, at least a glance from the woman behind the desk. But not at this place. If the receptionist can't even tear her eyes off her computer for one second while she's giving you your room information, well, that does speak to the quality of the rest of the hotel. Days Inn was one of the worst experiences of my Texas trip, and I am not afraid to tell all hopeful visitors who are wanting a decent place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing: I beg of you, stay away for your sake.

We rented 5 rooms tonight. A/c will not come on. Called front desk and he said hotel is on a shared system. He could not turn on the a/c but it's not hot outside. It's hot in these rooms. Good price but not worth not having a/c.
