  confirmed delivery time. i reserved elevator and paid elevator company to open hatch. they called 1 hr before delivery window closed and said they weren't coming. lost $500.

  This is the 3rd week waiting for my bed to be delivered. First week, they scheduled Friday delivery but the packages were not on the truck. No call to notify. Second week, they arrived with one of the three packages broken by the folklift (see pic). Three week replacement came and they scheduled again and what happened? No show and no call. They don't answer your call either and put their own customer service on hold. Negative 5 if I can get it. They are dragging me to hell and back. I don't know how they survive in the days they are competing with Fedex, UPS and Postal service.

  Needed a last minute shipment that needed to be transported cross country. I received the best rate from Daylight and we moved forward. The shipment was picked up and made it to California earlier than expected. We hit a snafu when we learned that the company we were shipping to had strict requirements for delivery. Daylight worked with us and stayed on top of the situation. We were constantly communicating regarding the situation. They printed out the necessary documents to give to driver. I worked closely with a rep named Janelle and she was so helpful. She understood my concerns due to the trouble we were having with the receiving company authorizing our delivery. Our shipment was finally delivered and the expected fee was charged to our card. Please note I weighed each individual box in my shipment plus weighed the pallets and then rounded up. I did not take a guess on weight as I wanted to be provided with an accurate quote. I am overall happy with service and will use again.
