  I have had only three hemo treatments here and each time its an issue. 1. Leaving out well below my dry weight. 2. The machine not being set up correctly 3. Attitudes when you speak up for yourself. 4. Waited over an hour to have my treatment started beyond my appointment time. So glad I only have four treatments here. I would recommend finding somewhere more professional. This ain't It.

  Horrible. My sister is blind. They wouldn't help her security wouldn't help. They was heard saying they wasn't gone answer the phone. They wouldn't take a lady to the bathroom saying it wasn't their job. Very unprofessional need to be closed tf down

  Do not come here for anything, the staff here is garbage and dishonest in everyway shape and form. No respect for anyone, not even for the people that pay everyone's income A.K.A the patient. Your loved one will sit in his bowels and be maltreated. Avoid

  Well I am a traveling Patient driving from Denver to Florida. I have been traveling for 4 days I was to be here at this location at 0700 Am I was here at 0630am. I was seated in my chair at 0645 i was told to come early to sign paper work it is Now 0800 and there is no paper work and I'm not hooked up to the dyalisis machine. To come here to get Dyalsis has been in the works for 60 days and now I'm just sitting here waiting waiting and waiting. I don't think this is a staffing issue cause there are other dyalisis techs just laughing and caring on with each other. While I sit here this is crazy. The dyalisis unit is not bad looks re done. Don't come to early and have to wait or will be harassed by the local homeless people asking for money 💰. Just my suggestion if u are traveling threw and u are in a time Crunch Go else we're!!!!!!!!!........

  I just startred dyalsis the security there is very rude they stand in front of the door as you walj in and ask who you comeing to see no goodmoring or anything they are rude they will even cuse uou out thw staff doea not say anything to security about this i do pd but jave to come to tjis office for labs i dont like xomeing cause me and security gets in a argument eveeytime i come heee i sont know if they have a lot of bums that come to this office but i clearly dis not look like a bum i felt un safe with and for them to cuse me like they dont have a job in a room full of oldee people was just crazy i am changeing my doctor for this reason i love my doctor but they need bett we help dyalsis center bot a jail
