  Same here. My rental insurance policy was cancelled without my notice. They said they will be refunding the premium. I emailed them about this issue. There was no response. Two days ago I received another mail from them thay my next premium is due in 2 weeks and that too for my previous apartment. I have already switched my auto insurance from StateFarm to a different provider. I think its time to switch my rental insurance too. Poor customer service.

  Told me my policy was cancelled but I wasn't notified by anyone and I was still paying.....horrible service

  I have had all my insurance covered through David Stroman for over 12 years and service/reliability have been excellent. I would recommend him without any reservation.

  Robert is VERY helpful! He is knowledgeable and has a kind presence about him, that makes you feel comfortable. Prices are fair, the staff is always willing to assist their customers and I am very happy with the service I receive, overall!

  When I moved from Columbia, SC to Charlotte, NC, I was less than excited about switching insurance agents. My Columbia agent had been fantastic, and I did not know what to expect from David Stroman's office. After nearly two years of working with them, I can say that they have exceeded my expectations. The office staff has been a pleasure to deal with, and they know what they are talking about. If you would rather talk to a human being than wait in queue for a call center rep and if you'd rather be something more than a policy number, I highly recommend these folks.
