  I am a devoted client of Ruthy (she’s AMAZING) so I followed her to David Ryan. I love the space. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very positive experience!

  LOVE David Ryan. It took me a while to find a good, reliable hair salon in NYC but years ago a friend recommended this place, I made an appointment w Maria & I’ve never looked back. Maria & her staff are amazing. You show her a picture, or even just describe a look, and she’ll give you the look you have in mind. Salon staff are wonderful, greet you & offer tea, etc. give a nice scalp massage at washing. And the space is warm & inviting. That’s all icing on the cake but let’s be honest, you go for the haircut you walk out with & that’s what they do best! I see Maria but every time I’m there clients of other stylists end up extremely happy - they hire the best so you’re in great hands.

  Fantastic across the board. Warm and inviting, with a fantastic staff. Maria did a fantastic color and cut for me. Her assistant did such a great job washing and massaging my head. A great experience.

  I’ve been going to David Ryan for twenty years now and have never once been disappointed. Maria is a master at coloring and cutting my hair and Kiki does my eyebrows to perfection. Whenever I need make-up I go to Marion. Forgive me Marion if I’m not spelling your name correctly. I get so many compliments! Go to David Ryan Salon and you will be thrilled with the outcome!
