  This has to be one of the worst experiences of my life!!!! My uncle had a mutual fund with David Lerner. I contacted the office after his passing to get the paperwork to liquidate that account and now, a month after my initial conversation with their office and three promises that paperwork would be sent out, I finally receive an overnight envelope....WITH THE WRONG PAPERWORK!!!!! I've been dealing with completely incompetent people to date and now no one is answering the phone. Apparently, their office must be closed for the holiday (Good Friday) and they don't even have the decency to indicate on their automated answering system at any of their offices, that they will not be open today. So not only do I deal with the stress of my uncle passing, these people seem to want to make a bad situation even worse. Who at the Syosset office has the guts to step up to the plate and fix this mess??????
