  The law office of David l. Pankin was great. When i went to them i wasn't sure what to expect about Bankruptcy but they made it very simple and a smooth process. It was smooth sailing as they say. David and his staff are very attentive and always there for you if you have any questions. The whole process for me was pretty quick. I will recommend and refer anyone that needs any legal consultation to David's office. I really appreciate all the work and help.

  I was frighten at the prospect of filing bankruptcy but after meeting with David Pankin, P.C. I left his Office knowing I made the right decision. He was very professional, courteous, patient and helped me through all the legalities. My phone calls to his office was returned promptly and his staff was always pleasant on the phone. I would highly recommend David Pankin to anyone looking for a Bankruptcy Attorney.

  My wife and I were skeptical about filing for bankruptcy, as we always paid our bills and didn’t want our credit destroyed. However, since I was injured and partially disabled without the necessary income, it was obvious something had to be done. I decided to call the Law Firm of David I. Pankin out of curiosity. My sister had filed herself through another company and stated it was easy and cheap. I knew our situations were different and with a legal background knew I should discuss with an expert. Once I called, all my fears were put to rest and the concerns I had were responded to by Mr. Pankin himself to my satisfaction. The rest was easy and the experience was eye opening and rewarding. I learned a lot and achieved the desired result at a very fair and reasonable fee. The attorneys were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. It was the best decision we could have made, and saved me numerous hours of research, if I had filed my own petition and merely had a consulting attorney. The patience they exhibited with us due to our financial situation at the time was greatly appreciated.

  Attorney Pankin was great. He has a very strong and reliable team. They were always there for me when I had all sorts of questions. This was one of the hardest things I had to do. ( But I have to admit, there is nothing better than a second chance) They make you feel very comfortable and make sure you are very aware of what will be taking place in the process it self as well as for post-bankruptcy.   I was very nervous to go through the bankruptcy process but Mr. Pankin and the rest of the attorneys I worked with were patient, thorough and guided me through the process very smoothly. In a few short months everything was completed. I would recommend this office to anyone who needed legal help.
