Cool place. Found a few older records for the collection!

Overpriced new vinyl upstairs, discarded and scratched ip vibyl downstairs. Overpoced CDs people got rid of back on the ‘90s. Oh yeah, this place is definitely Pittsburgh’s best music store. Seriously, why do people vote for places like this as the best of anything when they’re mediocre at best? Stick to Jerry’s and the other groovy record stores in the area. Dave’s is an overrated bore.

Good selection and standard record store prices. Selection of new/modern records is good.

Really cool record store located on Carson Street. Well stocked with both new releases and a good used section, I could definitely see this being my neighborhood store if I lived in the area. Friendly staff as well. Had a great time browsing and the store had the atmosphere of a good record store as well.

Pretty shabby. Just go to Jerry's or Juke records or SOMEWHERE else in Pittsburgh*. Definitely NOT the 'best record store in Pittsburgh.' Hell.. it's probably not even the best record store on the street, as there is one 'Amazing Books and Records' store right next to it. This record store has a selection of new records that is so bizarre. There was a whole stack of Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift records... Who's buying these artists on vinyl? Furthermore, their selection of used records is pitiful (unless, for some reason, you're looking for Neil Diamond or other common thrift store records...) *Recommendations: If you're looking for used records, Jerry's is one of the best in the COUNTRY and known for it. If you're looking for new records, Desolation Row is a hidden gem. If you're looking for both, Juke records is the place to be.
