  Had my son's 7th birthday here the (male) waitress was very friendly and promptly. They could have got a five-star if the not so friendly lady in management had explained the pricing a little bit more thoroughly, instead of demanding that I paid and extra fee for already added gratuity with no options; seeing as though the party was enough itself. I simply paid an extra tip outside of the bill. Fortunately they had a Euless visiting manager that day and he was excellent he explained everything perfectly even did my bill the correct way AND was friendly he was awesome good job.

  This was my first time actually eating at Dave and Buster's. The arcade is on par with most other arcades. You pay a high price to win cheap prizes but you have fun doing it. The food, however, was not that good. The chicken strips were dry. The BBQ Mac and cheese sandwich (not sure of the actual name) was very sad looking compared to the advertised picture.

  My first time here, but husband had been before. It was busy, but we got a table right away. Our waitress was great. She brought us our drinks and appetizer quickly. Food was good (I had sliders and husband had chicken) and put out in a timely manner. Games were really fun! Overall had a great time and will be back! Oh and you don’t get a lot of good cell phone service in there, so if you need your phone, be sure to ask for the WiFi password!

  I will write this review quickly. It is 0000 as in 12 midnight I am tired. I will disregard grammar I only care about getting valid points across. I am not compelled in writing this review it is completely voluntary!😊 White male manager really tall. On 03/13/18 I arrived. The manager was amazing so was my waitress. I wish I knew his name so I can give credit where credit is due. He was very kind courteous and professional. He assisted my 4 kids and I we are a black family of 5. I say that to say...Nice to know this place is not racist or prejudice. Nice young black Or perhaps she was mixed a young female once again I can not remember her name she was sweet checking in on us several times we will be back. What really mattered to me was that the manager had great customer service although he is a busy man. He truly cared about his customers being satisfied and comfortable that goes a long way. We will be back!!!😄Good job you all! The food was actually good and cooked correctly yes!

  This is one of the good places to go for food and fun. The food is very very very delicious and hot. The waitresses are always friendly. They have a variety of games I did nit have any problems mechanically with any machines. I like the fact that you can feel free to just enjoy yourself the atmosphere is fun cool and cozy. Sometimes its a bit crowded but you still have fun. I will definitely say go patronize them.
