::This had been my favorite store for over 10 years. They have closed the fitting rooms. I found several cute items that I had to leave in the store. Was a waste of time searching the racks.

::I love this store. They have made so many positive changes than less than two years ago. I know all the staff and they are the best. Sales are up because I can tell by the parking lot. It is always full. The best in Wichita. Not all the DAV'S ..IN WICHITA ARE LIKE THIS ONE.

::Had so much fun bargain hunting with my daughter today. The girl who I think was the store manager was so kind to us! If she wasn’t the manager, she should be. Her level of service was outstanding. I didn’t know that there are multiple DAV stores in Wichita, she gave me the list of all the locations. Great selection.

::I've shopped this store for at least 15 years. I hadn't been to the store for about 3 years and things have really changed. The store is more organized making it appear cleaner. I noticed several employees working at the time I was in the store, and not ONE of them asked how I was doing or if I needed help with anything. They were more busy talking among each other about what merchandise they liked! The only friendly service I received was when I checked out to leave. The cashier was a young male, ready to help me however he could. Although the store looks better, I think some costumer service training would be a good idea!

::Really nice stuff there. Seem a little understaffed but fine if you just want to wander the whole store. Why is all the really good stuff for store display only? Hard to get kids stuff fitted if changing rooms are full of boxes though. Get the DAV card, spend $100 get 50% off next purchase of already inexpensive stuff.
