  Darien Pilates has affordable classes that stay true to authentic Pilates. There are also several times so you are able to fit a workout easily into your schedule!

  The trainers at Darien Pilates are fabulous. I have been doing pilates for over ten years. I started with mat classes and gradually started to prefer individual training. I am only in the area for part of the year, so I train in two other places for the rest of the year. Over the past six or seven years, I have worked with several different trainers: three or four in this area, two in California and three on Nantucket. While I've enjoyed them all, Claudia, Joanne and Dana are superior to any of the others. They pay attention to the most minute adjustments and movements and make certain I am using the muscles I should be. None of the other instructors have been quite so attentive and aware. Whenever I am in the area, Claudia makes an effort to schedule an appointment for me and I have always been squeezed in.
