  Not the best bike shop.Often you walk in and no one greats you and you stand waiting to be helped.I also drop a set of wheels to be installed on my bike and since I do not need the Campagnolo ring as I use Shimano they disposed the little piece.How do they know I won't need in the future? Anyway worse one was this week as I have a friend coming for a visit and wants to ride with me Friday morning so I phoned them on Tuesday and asked If they had rental road bikes size medium and they told me yes and that it was $60 and for me to confirm by Thursday.Went in the this morning only to find out I should have reserved online and pay which I would happily done it as they had no bike lefts and I should now wait until 6pm tonight to see if anything was left behind.Oh yes of course, I wait until 6 to be told I'm sorry we have no bikes and what I am suppose to do next that late in the day if I'm riding in the morning at 7am?The reply was sort of I couldn't care less and this is your only option. Stay away

  Forest played "forensic mechanic" as he reviewed the major mechanical failure I had on my bike - snapped derailer, broken chain, etc. He recommended suitable replacement parts and found the unique Cannonade part that I needed from another Danny's shop. He went above and beyond by biking down to get the part and complete my major repair within 24 hours! I just moved to the neighborhood and am thrilled to find such a honest, reliable and speedy bike mechanic and shop! Thanks Forest!

  I have used Danny's bike shop to service and repair my 2 bikes for the last 18 months and I am consistently impressed with the quality of their mechanics, and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. My bike is always ready on time, and they typically turn around most repairs within the same day.

  Took my son's bike in and was quoted $50 for a tune up and to reattach a very simple part. Staff was curt and didnt explain the estimate. Ended up going to Larry's on 110th Street. Paid $7.50 for the same service and mechanics were knowledgeable and friendly.
