::Don’t ever expect anyone to answer your phone call and don’t ever expect a call back! If you really need to get in to see a doctor that day they will just tell you (if they answer the phone) to go to Urgent Care. They just can’t be bothered with their patients. This practice has TOTALLY gone down hill over the last six to eight months….so sad. I miss the warm and caring practice when it was located on Main Street in Danbury. And I especially miss Dr. Wenick!

::Called them on March 7th morning and got an appointment for the next day March 8th morning 8:30. Yesterday while on my way I called the office to let them know that I was running late and should be able to make it by 8:35 - 8:40, but no one answered and it would go to the voicemail saying that the office hours are at 9 AM, same as their website and Google. I was wondering why they would give me an appointment at 8:30 when their Office and phones open only at 9AM . I finally reached The Sunmit building at 8:35 but at the gate I was directed to go through another entrance and the navigation took me all around the place and by the time I arrived at their office, I was 30 minutes late but exactly at the time when their office and phones opened at 9 AM. After reaching the office , when I tried explaining to them what happened and showed the call log , all the calls that I made from 8:05 till 8:55 trying to let them know that I was there but was unable to locate the exact location of the office, they right away replied that I was 30 minutes late and would not even listen to my explanations and tell me to stop yelling which was very unprofessional and rude of them as I was just trying to explain my frustration in locating their office and for no one answering my phone calls to give me the right directions and I might’ve been little loud due to that situation. But instead of understanding that and being professional they were very inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional. The staff needed more training/ refresher course in customer service how to deal with such situations without being rude, disrespectful and unprofessional as they are dealing with patients who are going there to seek treatment and not with regular people at a retail store or grocery stores. As of now I would never recommend this place to anyone as I clearly understand from the ordeal I went through yesterday morning, the staff who I spoke to sounded very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They were very inconsiderate to a patient who was very upset about his situation. Sometimes the navigation takes you to the exact location and sometimes not. There are many other medical groups, so my sincere advise is to stay away from this place.

::Very nasty and because my adult son has a secondary insurance which is like medicaid and I was looking to assist finding a good doctor for him. The insurance/billing department the woman who did not give her name but,as soon as I said a medicaid secondary ins she said "Oh we are not taking on new patients " you know just because people cannot afford expenisve insurance payments doesn't mean they are trash. Unfortunately people like to judged. A very cruel world and Doctor's office! I would never referral this Doctor's office. I know so many people and very important people who trust me and knew when i was in the medical field. I cannot wait to tell them about this experience phone matter . Very unprofessional and very nasty experience.

::My biggest issue with Danbury Medical is there is very little continuity, at least in my experience with the doctors. Started with Dr. Williams, but got moved with no explanation to Dr Litwin, who left the practice. I was signed DrSmith, good doctor, but found out today he is also leaving the practice so as of today I do not have a doctor. I was informed today that the practice has not decided how to balance the patients. I’m going to make it easy for them and find another doctor.
