  My wife and I worked closely with Mr. Howard Weber. We sustained roof damage to our home resulting from Hurrican Irma. Our initial claim was declined by the insurance company, even after multiple requests by us to reconsider the claim. We discussed our situation with Mr. Weber, and he explained the options available. He worked closely with us throughout the entire process to include status of negotiations he had with the insurance company and the filing of a lawsuit. Mr. Weber was a total professional, always keeping us updated throughout the entire process. Gratefully, we received full payment of our claim less deductible, without any out of pocket expenses.   Matthew Danahy and his staff were very professional and easy to deal with. I was happy with the outcome. Things were handled expeditiously. Glad I found this law firm to handle my insurance problem. I would recommend them to anyone needing an attorney to handle a difficult insurance claim.

  I've been waiting for over 2 years for my insurance company to pay out my property loss. 2 years of ignored call and emails. By Sept 2017 I had enough and got desperate. I went for a consult with Mr. Weber who agreed to take my case. I was thrilled. Over the next few months Mr. Weber and his paralegal, Leslie, worked with me to present my cast to the insurance company. The insurance company settled out of court! I didn't know whether to jump for joy or just cry because this ordeal was finally over. I did both. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend this law firm. They will not disappoint.

  I contacted Danahy & Murray after our insurance company denied our claim for hurricane damages. Their adjuster estimated our damages at $20K while our deductible is $30K. We presented our insurance company with 2 repair estimates from reputable contractors and roofers, for $111K and $116K. I had my contractor write out an explanation as to why our entire roof needed to be replaced and sent it to lawyer Howard Weber. He thought our case was winnable and agreed to act on our behalf. Ultimately, we were paid $116K to repair our home. I believe that Danahy & Murray was instrumental in getting my insurance company to pay what was owed on my claim. If I ever have any other property insurance claims my first call will be to Danahy & Murray.

  We had an excellent experience with this firm! Mr. Murray and his staff were very prompt in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the process. We signed up when our claim was denied and had never been through something so horrible before -our kitchen was GONE and it was a very difficult time for us! Mr. Murray did a great job in getting us a settlement we were pleased with and I would highly recommend this firm. If you have a claim that was incorrectly denied, this firm will get the job done!
