  I've not worked with Dan as a realtor, hence the four star rating.. but I have worked with Dan on many community events in the Central District. He organized a big piece of the Jackson Jazz Walk and the Central District Association's carnival at the end of Hopscotch CD. He is active on many Central District-focused groups including East Pac and the Drug Free Communities Coalition. If you are looking to buy a house in the Central District, he has his pulse on what is going on in the neighborhood.

  I have been working with Dan on a recent transaction referred to him and am enjoying the professional manner in which he has been handling the entire process. His ability to read through the situation and respond with such great advice has set him apart as someone who really understands the art of working with a less than a perfect transaction. He is very patient and clearly has the experience to get the job done. I always try to make a business realtionship fun while working through it to get to the end zone.   Dan is a great real estate agent. If you need a Realtor in Seattle, you should really call him. He really tries to help people, even if it means he might lose a sale. He doesn't know much about flowers but he knows his numbers, and he is a great negotiator. A real pleasure doing business with him.
