::I had my third appointment today and again, had a wonderful experience. The dentists, hygienist, assistants and office staff are all top-notch. I have sensitive teeth and they took care to really listen to my concerns and were so gentle. This office consistently impresses me!

::No matter which dentist you see in this office, they are best of the best at what they do and to top it off, they are very personable too! The front office staff are all very warm and welcoming and do whatever they can if possible to get you in when needed. The dental assistants and hygienists are wonderful too. Dr. Mauck was there for me on a Saturday afternoon when a crown had fallen out the night before. He took care of me so I didn't have to look like the Tennessee hillbilly I am all weekend long! I had problems before coming here with several crowns falling out due to my teeth not being big enough for the crown to hold onto really well. Dr. Ricci assessed the situation and was able to take care of the problem and haven't had any problems since. If you can't tell by now, I highly recommend!

::Excellent experience. I just had my first cavity ever at 41 years old. I'm both a surgeon, and a huge wuss. I don't get shots for any reason....they have to threaten to fire me every year before I get a TB test. The idea of getting shots in my gums to anesthetize the area for the filling definitely had my heart rate up. Dr. Mauck was absolutely fantastic. I literally did not even feel the shot. The entire experience start to finish could not have been better. The entire staff was prompt, professional, and caring from the front desk on. I've switched dentists a few times since moving to Denver. Each time I felt that they were trying to sell me something or offering some procedure that I didn't need. Dr. Mauck was totally straight forward. From the initial visit through the filling itself I felt that he provided extremely professional and cost conscious care. I went from my filling to the office and saw patients all afternoon. I had no pain and was practically handing out Dr. Mauck's card to all of my patients. From the perspective of both a physician and a patient I couldn't have been happier with my experience.

::Dr Mauch and his dental assistants are a god send for me. I have been through a lot with them the past 2 years. I came in and had a lot of cavities and crowns that needed to be done also had to get root canals that my teeth needed. I had tons of anxiety at first being in the dental chair knowing that I needed lots of work. The whole dental team made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. They are the only ones I want to work on my teeth. The office is always very pleasant looking, with fish tanks on the wall to decorations for every season. Every time I go in there I leave with having great dental care done to great conversations with the assistants, doctors, and receptionists which are so pleasant and kind. Dr Mauch has even called me on the weekend to check and make sure I'm doing alright I really believe they really care here. Thank you so much I owe you guys so much!!
