  They have an excellent and varied collection from different time periods and cultures. There is something for everyone. I appreciate their changing spotlight galleries and touring shows. There are plenty of activities for kids. The cafe has good food at normal museum pricing. Admission is free. Paid parking is available at the museum, in the street, and in various lots.

  One of a kind! The museum is beautiful and so well taken care of! I will travel the two hours it takes to get here just to go! I love how they have such beautiful pieces of all types of art for all types of art lovers. I enjoy the bright colors and paintings but seeing the look on my friends faces when they see the tombs from Egypt and jewelry from Thailand was priceless! Love going to the DMA!

  A wonderful museum! I find something new every time I go! The people at the front desks are so friendly and helpful. Don't forget to see The Icebergs and the replica of Coco Chanel's house! There is also tons of cool stuff for kids- art gallery, interactive exhibits, and a play space.

  This Museum is wonderful and has a large and impressive collection of artwork from all over the world. The main collections are free to the public, and special exhibits are fairly priced. I also love that they have a children's area and often pair with community partners to offer programs for children, such as sensory friendly days. I was fortunate enough to volunteer for one of these events and it was such a blast. I would recommend this museum to anyone.
